**Interviewer:**

All right, Quincy. Now, I’m gonna keep it real with you because, you know, we got to talk. What were some of the challenges that you were experiencing at Henninger High School?

**Quincy:**

A lot of people doubted me, and I didn’t think I could do it. There wasn’t a lot of access to open spaces to excel, so the opportunities were limited. Good Life emerged as a great option for me here, you know?

**Interviewer:**

Indeed, Good Life has been instrumental in empowering students like you. So, there were quite a few people who doubted you and thought you wouldn’t graduate. What changed that for you?

**Quincy:**

Good Life helped me on that road. The program was amazing; I wouldn’t be graduating if it weren’t for the support and guidance from Mike, NiNi, and Big Boy. They believed in me and brought me back on track. When you have people like that backing you up, it makes you question your doubts and think, “Can I really not do it?”

**Interviewer:**

Their support truly made a difference. What were some of the things they did that made you loyal to them and willing to follow their advice?

**Quincy:**

Every day, they were up to ensure I went to school and had a way home. They helped me a lot, keeping me accountable and making sure I attended classes. Their dedication made me want to do better and succeed.

**Interviewer:**

You’ve come a long way, Quincy, and congratulations on your graduation. What’s next on your plans?

**Quincy:**

Next, I’m heading to OCC (Onondaga Community College) and pursuing my dream to become an RN.

**Interviewer:**

That’s fantastic! Why do you want to be an RN?

**Quincy:**

I want to help people, just like others have helped me. Supporting those around me brings a sense of fulfillment, and I’d love to make a positive impact on others’ lives.

**Interviewer:**

It’s evident that Good Life has played a significant role in shaping your future aspirations. Were you thinking about college before joining Good Life?

**Quincy:**

Honestly, I had no plans for college before I got into Good Life. They opened my eyes to the possibilities, and now I’m excited to pursue higher education.

**Interviewer:**

That’s incredible growth. We’re thrilled that Good Life has made such a positive impact on your life. Is there one thing you’d like people to know about you that they may not know?

**Quincy:**

When people doubt me, I take that as motivation to prove them wrong. I go home, think about it, and then I actually do it. So when you call on me, I’ll be there to deliver.
