City of Syracuse gives $250K to hip hop youth center

Syracuse, N.Y. — Projects bringing new life to an abandoned dairy building and the former home of Gustav Stickley are the biggest recipients of the city’s $1 million COVID relief fund for distressed properties.

Mayor Ben Walsh on Friday announced eight projects that will split its American Rescue Plan Act Distressed Property Fund.
